Game of Thrones fans know it: Winter is coming – and we know what comes with it.
Fall is the time to trick-or-treat, eat some candy, give thanks, save up for Christmas, and check your heat-tape. Leases and park rules require that residents maintain their heat tape and water riser insulation. Please make sure that yours are in good condition before the White Walkers arrive. Expenses incurred due to failure by residents to maintain heat tapes and insulation will be billed to residents.
